At the Construction Training Centre, we recognise the importance of providing an environment which will assist employees to integrate work and life commitments. As individual needs of mother, carer and baby will vary, we are committed to offer flexible work arrangements that will meet the needs of the employee during this time, as well as operational requirements. CTC extends the breastfeeding friendly workplace concept to tenant staff as well as our own staff. A dedicated air-conditioned breastfeeding friendly room is provided on site which is private, hygienic and has been equipped with all the necessary requirements.
