Are you looking to hire a room or space in which to conduct your training programme? At The Construction Training Centre you will receive more than just a room, you will be part of a vibrant industry hub, with campus style facilities and access to a wide range of resources and contacts.

Whatever industry you operate in (it doesn’t have to be construction!), our alternative to traditional city venues is affordable and provides everything you need, in one place. Our on-site cafe is very popular among students and staff, and the cafe team are more than accommodating of your individual catering needs. With plenty of off-street car parking, a bus-stop at our door and the Salisbury Railway Station a 5 minute walk way, transport and parking will not be a problem for your trainers or your students, and the CBD is easily accessible.

testimonial1At our 12 hectare site in the Brisbane suburb of Salisbury, we have up to 10 training rooms available for short term hire. They range in size and can be configured to suit your individual needs. Whether it’s for training, a meeting or a seminar – we have a room to suit. We can accommodate small training sessions to large gatherings such as seminars or conferences. Each training room is fully equipped with, overhead data projectors, whiteboards, tables and chairs, refrigerator and urn. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and well lit for the comfort of your students or clients.

This outdoor space is ideal for practical training such as bricklaying or landscaping activities. It includes power, water, lockup.

Sommer Room

The Sommer Room is bright and airy and will comfortably seat 24 people in a classroom-style configuration. This room is conveniently located in the Heritage Wing in Building 1. Entry is through Gate 2, with access via the first portico on the left of Central Drive. Students will appreciate the convenience of the cafe which is located across the road in Central Drive. A shared-kitchen is located in the foyer with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar available.

Cost: $190 + GST per day

Trohear Room

This is a perfect training room for small groups, seating 15 people comfortably in a classroom-style configuration. This room is conveniently located in the Heritage Wing in Building 1. Entry is through Gate 2, with access via the first portico on the left of Central Drive. Students will appreciate the convenience of the cafe which is located across the road in Central Drive. A shared-kitchen is located in the foyer with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar available.

Raward Room

This light, spacious training room is located in the Heritage Wing of Building 1.  It will comfortably seat up to 48 people in a classroom style configuration or 70 theatre style.  Entry is through Gate 2, with access via the first portico on the left-hand side of Central Drive. Students will appreciate the convenience of the CTC Cafe which is located just across Central Drive. It features brand new furniture, whiteboard, data projector and screen. A kitchen is located in the foyer where complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are available to you and your students.

Lorikeet Room

This classroom is located in Building 4. An operational wall divides this room from the adjoining Cockatoo Room, which can be opened if you need to accommodate more than 12 people.  If you are a Hot Leasing client, this room is included in your Hot Lease package.

Cost: $160+GST per day, or included in Hot Leasing package if applicable. $200+GST per day for Lorikeet/Cockatoo Combo

CTQ Boardroom

Located on Level 1 of the Ian Barclay Building, the CTQ Boardroom is perfect for board meetings and smaller meeting groups, accommodating up to 10 people in a boardroom style setting.

Hugh Hamilton Conference Venue Hire

Our Hugh Hamilton Room is our spacious conference venue and training room situated on Level 2 of the Ian Barclay Building.  It can seat 50-180 people, depending on your room arrangement.

If your booking is for a function, we can provide round tables with white linen tablecloths. And all your catering needs can be met by contacting our friendly, on-site catering staff. Just call them on 0434 351 588 to discuss your requirements.  Free WiFi is available to you and your students.

Size: 232 sq m (up to 180 people)

Cost: $415 plus GST

Included: Ceiling mounted data projector and screen, full PA system with roaming and lapel mic, electronic whiteboard and printer, lectern, refrigerator, hot water urn, servery space, free WiFi

Rosella Room

The Rosella Classroom is located in a demountable on the outside of building 4.
You can access the classroom through gate 1 from Beaudesert Road.

Specs

Size: Up to 20 people

Cost: A$150 +GST

Included: The room includes urn, fridge, whiteboard, screen. There is no ceiling-mounted data projector in this room, but a portable projector can be collected from the office.
