The Construction Training Centre is managed by a small and dedicated team, who are committed to providing a safe, high quality and enjoyable precinct that is central to on-site activity. We take pride in the community that has developed within CTC among our tenants, their workers and all industry organisations who make use of our facilities. Our aim is to facilitate the centre being an industry ‘resource hub’, working towards our mission of up-skilling and driving advancement for the future of the construction industry.

Our Team
Denis is our Facility & Operations Manager, responsible for the overall management of site operations, facilities and contractor coordination. He ensures the site is safe, functional and well-maintained, supporting both daily activites and long-term operational goals. Denis helps with the delivery and coordination of key projects across the business.
Odette is our Finance Manager, overseeing financial operations including budgeting, reporting and compliance. She plays a key role in managing ISO 55001, ensuring CTC's alignment with the standards, as well as ensuring financial accuracy, sustainability and informed decision-making across the organisation.
Kev is our Site Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day supervision and maintenance of the CTC precincts. He ensures the precinct is in pristine condition while managing visitors, customers and tenants ensuring they comply with site requirements.
Alouise is our Compliance & Projects Manager, responsible for overseeing organisational compliance and coordinating project planning and delivery. She ensures alignment with regulatory and ISO standards through managing external and internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational effectiveness and strategic goals.
Ash is our Admin Assistant, providing essential day-to-day support across the organisation. She assists with bookings, enquiries and administrative tasks, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently while delivering a positive experience for all clients, customers and visitors.
