- We currently have a large warehouse space available for lease. 745 m2 – 41.7 m long by 17.88 m wide. The space includes:
- Roof: Colorbond with wire meshing and some translucent panels to the workshop
- 14 m high triangular web steel framed warehouse
- Walls: Colorbond and part height concrete block with internal wire meshing and insulation to the external walls of the workshop
- Floors: Concrete slab on ground to the workshop
- 6 allocated car spaces / Small storage office
- Beaudesert Road frontage with signage on front of building available/ 2 roller door access – one directly parallel to Beaudesert Road
