This 7 metre high building is constructed with steel and precast concrete with a 1 metre concrete parapet on the top floor. There is a 3 metre Swing Stage, a 4m lower floor designed for crane loading platform and scaffolding assessment. Over 200 cast-in ferrules for rope access, rock climbing or vertical rescue are located in the 8 mete high vertical concrete wall.
